Shipping and return methods of Eco-Packaging
This is a RETURN box, ECO-PACKAGING in which the defective melter will be inserted keeping the same packaging and then the form will be filled in for collection.
In all RETURN boxes there is a four-digit box number, please write down this number as it must be placed on said form.
In the RETURN box, you also have a QR code that redirects to said collection form. Once the data has been filled in, it will automatically be sent to the transport agency at the indicated address for collection.
At Printer Phoenix we fight for the environment and the reduction of garbage, that is why we emphasize the conservation of the Packaging.
The maximum return period for a defective fuser is five business days.
The loss or non-return of the ECO-PACKAGING will entail a cost of € 15.
All our products are tested and are accompanied by a quality test.
